If an orders is placed over the weekend or on a holiday we will ship the next business day. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and a physical address is required as the ship to address.

RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY: Unworn shoes and socks are only acceptable for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any sock that is returned must be unopened in its original packaging.

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you would like to return unworn merchandise, you will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (shipping charges are not refundable). For an exchange, refund or credit, please fill out the Return form that was included with your order. Pack the merchandise in the original shoe box. Place the enclosed return label on the shipping carton. An $8.95 restocking fee will apply and be deducted from refunds for returns made with the prepaid UPS label.

Please note: you are still responsible for the cost of shipping back the shoes. Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service. Sorry, no returns, exchanges or credits will be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery to you. Free exchange shipping applies to orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. The return label may be used to return any shoes to Footnotes.com from any of the 50 United States.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Footnotes now offers a simple free exchange process. Simply fill out our enclosed return/exchange form and use the FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. Please note only domestic, Continental US exchanges qualify for free shipping both ways on exchanges. Exchanges will normally ship within 2 days of being received.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

US Orders

For your convenience, an easy return UPS label has been enlosed with your order. Simply drop the package off at any UPS Store, pickup point or with any UPS driver and your return/exchange will be returned to Footnotesonline. A $8.95 restocking fee will apply and be deducted from refunds for returns made with the prepaid UPS label. There will be no restocking fee assessed for exchanges - they will enjoy free shipping both ways. Refunds are issued the same day your item is received back at our distribution center.

Alternatively, you may ship back your return or exchange to us using any other shipping method, including US Postal Service or Fed Ex at your own expense.
