All in stock items are shipped either the same day or up to 2 business days after your order is placed.
If the item you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. All shipment deliveries are based on weekdays.

All orders over $350.00 require an adult signature upon delivery, unless requested otherwise in the comment box during checkout.

Returns

RETURN POLICY: Unworn shoes and socks are only acceptable for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any sock that is returned must be unopened in its original packaging.

For your convenience, an easy return UPS label has been enclosed with your order. Simply drop the package off at any UPS pickup point and your return will be returned to Footnotes.com. You will have $8.95 deducted from your refund if this return method is utilized. This applies to US domestic orders only. International orders will be responsible for the full cost of returning any item.

Alternatively, you may ship back your Return to us using any other shipping method, including US Postal Service or FedEx. Providing your own shipping will avoid the $8.95 restock fee.
